A special session was held at Rainham library on Wednesday 22 May from expert nutritionist Sharon Adkins to help locals with any dietary advice they may need.

Sharon is well known across Havering for training many Health Champions and runs regular sessions on Healthy Eating,Weight Management, The Power of Sleep, Menopause, and supporting Men’s Health.

She is hosting regular drop in sessions at Rainham library every Wednesday morning from 10am until 11 am. This week she was supported by local ward Councillor Jackie McArdle at the library session.

These sessions are extremely informative and very useful to attend. Sharon is very knowledgeable and able to provide much help and guidance for anyone needing any food tips or advice.

They are free sessions and Sharon will be at the library in Rainham every Wednesday morning, so please pop down and see her!
