Labour PPC tackles parking and road safety problems in south Hornchurch.
Residents of Guysfield Drive and Close have been in touch with Margaret Mullane, Labour Prospective Parliamentary Candidate for Dagenham and Rainham, concerning parking and road safety issues in these South Hornchurch residential streets.
The request is for yellow lines to be applied on one side of the road opposite corners in the road and for the marking of the parking bays to be refreshed.
Margaret told the Havering Daily:“I am writing to Havering Council to follow up on the requests made to me by local residents in Guysfield Drive and Close. The measures that are being asked for will better regulate parking in these residential roads in South Hornchurch and should improve road safety and reduce the risk of vehicle collisions.
Parking pressures are so intense across Dagenham and Rainham so these actions should be helpful.”
