Paying Back with an Act of Kindness
Kindness often seems scarce, but it’s great to come across acts of goodwill that restore our faith in humanity. Recently, Christian McNally from CPM Painters & Decorators, and Jay Wilton from Red Trowel Brickwork stepped up to the plate, extending a helping hand to a local resident in need.
Christian and Jay lent their assistance to Christian’s retired ex-French teacher. The reason? She had just had a new carpet fitted and needed some furniture moved around her home.
The retired ex-French teacher, undoubtedly, was overwhelmed by the generosity shown by them both. It wasn’t just about the practical help, but the gesture that made all the difference.
In a world where everyone is busy with their own lives, taking the time to help others not only makes a difference to them but also enriches our own lives.
Kudos to CPM Painters & Decorators and Red Trowel Brickwork for setting an example of how businesses can make a positive difference in their communities. Let’s all take a page from their book and look for opportunities to spread kindness wherever possible.
