Four weeks ago, Maxine, a Havering resident, launched a women’s walk and talk group to help improve fitness and well being for women in the borough. The aim is to improve your mental well being and fitness, all in the safety of a group.

Since the launch last month, the group has gone from strength to strength and walk most week days.

If you are interested in joining this fantastic group, they walk Tuesday and Friday morning-meeting at 9.15 at carpark at Hacton Park RM14 2Xt.

Thursday evening is at 7pm meeting at Hornchurch station.
