VIDEO: Havering Heroes-Hilldene Co-op store workers deserve endless praise!
This week’s Havering Heroes award goes to three amazing shop workers from the Co-op on Hilldene Avenue. Paula, Alina and Sylwia have kept the Harold Hill store running despite horrendous conditions due to the previous shoplifting incidents.
The three ladies have endured endless abuse, threats, verbal and physical assaults and have had to watch thieves brazenly arrive with large bags and clear the shelves in front of them. Despite this, the ladies have kept a smile on their face and have served their regular customers and community to the best of their ability.
A huge well done to Paula who has worked at the store for 20 years, Alina who has worked there for 11 years and Sylwia who has worked there for 6 years! You have been amazing community champions!
Alina, Paula, Jan Sargeant a Harold Hill community champion and Sylwia.
