The Member of Parliament for Romford, Essex, Andrew Rosindell, has released a statement expressing his sorrow upon learning of the King’s diagnosis.

“I express heartfelt sorrow upon learning of His Majesty The King’s diagnosis,” Mr. Rosindell said. “On behalf of the people of Romford, I extend sincere wishes for his swift recovery and a return to good health.

“The overwhelming love and support that has been forthcoming from across the United Kingdom, the other fourteen Commonwealth Realms, Crown Dependencies, Overseas and External Territories, along with the broader Commonwealth of Nations, is truly uplifting. In unity and under His Majesty’s name, we join together. May God preserve the well-being of our Sovereign. Long may he reign. God Save The King.”

Mr. Rosindell’s statement comes after Buckingham Palace announced that the King has been diagnosed with cancer.

The King’s diagnosis has been met with an outpouring of support from around the world. Leaders from across the Commonwealth have sent their well wishes, and many people have taken to social media to express their concern for the King’s health.
