Havering Against ULEZ protesters were amongst the hundreds that joined in a large protest on Saturday in Trafalgar Square against the ‘war on motorists’.

The Havering team led by Michelle, were out to add their support not only against the Ultra Low Emission Zone expansion, but also against the impending ‘pay per mile’ scheme and what they are calling a ‘war on motorists.’

Last year saw many London wide protests across Trafalgar Square, following the announcement of the ULEZ expansion to all outer London boroughs. Michelle and her team in Havering have not only supported endless protests across London, but also organised many in Havering itself to call for an end to the ongoing war on motorists.

It was disappointing to NOT see any Havering Councillors or MPs at Saturdays demonstration.
They all claim to be opposed to Ulez but none of them appear to be taking any ACTION to stop the spread of Ulez/PPM cameras all over our Residential streets.
Have they all been PRETENDING to oppose Khan’s disgusting cash-grab?
Were they only attending anti-Ulez demos to have their photos at the ready next time they ask you to vote for them?
‘Unfortunately, there was nothing I could do’ – will no doubt be their excuse

There’s nothing stopping them from joining Residents (lawfully) blocking the cameras if they are SINCERE about their opposition to Ulez.
