Officers remove sword from teenager in Harold Hill.

Fantastic work by East Area Response Officers from Team E yesterday, saw them remove a horrendous weapon from a teenager in Harold Hill.

Officers out in the Harold Hill area used stop and search powers to search a teenager concealing a sword down his trouser leg. Another teenager was also found to be carrying class B drugs.

Both suspects were taken into police custody.

This excellent work by our officers who in removing this extremely dangerous weapon off our street, may well have saved a person’s life.
