Upminster nursery shares some Christmas joy by delivering donations to the Rainham Food bank.

Carly, a nursery nurse from Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool, has spread the joy of the holiday season by delivering a trolley full of essential items to the Rainham Food bank.

The trolley consisting of food, Christmas treats, and hygiene products, was collected by the colleagues and parents of the nursery. With this act of kindness, they aim to bring happiness and support to disadvantaged families.

The nursery’s commitment to making a positive impact led them to organise a collection drive, gathering an abundance of essential items to assist those in need. The trolley, overflowing with food, Christmas treats, and hygiene products, symbolises the generosity and compassion of the Bright Horizons Gaynes Park Day Nursery and Preschool community.

Rainham Foodbank, a local organisation dedicated to providing emergency food and support to individuals and families in crisis, received the donation. 

The items will be distributed to disadvantaged families, ensuring they can enjoy the festive season and New Year.
