Keith Prince and City Hall Conservatives call on Mayor to stand up to trade unions and end transport strikes.
Today, sees the start of planned industrial action on the Docklands Light Railway (DLR) for two days.
City Hall Conservatives Transport Spokesman Keith Prince AM said:
“As Londoners face another two days of transport disruption, it’s time for Mayor Sadiq Khan to end the strike culture at TfL and stand up to the militant trade unions.
“Sadiq Khan promised zero strikes on London’s transport network. As Mayor, he has presided over more strikes than any of his predecessors – 95 strikes to date compared with 16 under Ken Livingstone and 35 under Boris Johnson.
“It’s time the Mayor got a grip, faced down the militant unions, delivered the reforms TfL desperately needs, and ends these strikes.”
