Well done to Scott Squibb from JFF Security and Solutions who yesterday, 7 September donated solar lights to the Sensory Garden in Harrow Lodge Park.

The beautiful garden is run by Shelly from Havering Volunteer Centre and her team of trusty helpers and was sadly vandalised earlier this summer by groups of mindless thugs who not only smashed much loved statues, but pulled out plants and left drug paraphernalia all over the grounds.

These dreadful acts of vandalism left volunteers and the Havering community upset to see this stunning garden that is the only sensory garden in Havering, left in such disarray.

Luckily the community stepped in and offered their support.

Scott and Tammy from JFF Security and Solutions, offered free security patrols for the garden and yesterday donated solar lights in a bid to deter vandals from targeting this beautiful community area.

Shelly from Havering Volunteer Centre said:”We have had such great support from Scott, he has given us so much advice in helping us to secure the sensory garden and today, he popped in to donate the solar security lights.

“Real community helping the community! Massive thank you to Scott for all his help and support.”

Well done to Scott and Tammy who provide a lot of support for so many in the community and run a great local security firm.

Well done to Shelly and her team who are incredible community champions.
