Drunk who urinated outside Harold Hill pub and then swung his penis at local man is banned from drinking.

Gheorghe Railean from Tilbury has been banned from drinking for three months after being caught urinating outside of a house in Harold Hill. Railean was drinking with friends in June when he was caught urinating outside a nearby home.

The victim was in his house near the Saxon King pub and witnessed three men walking down his road when Railean stopped directly outside his house and began urinating. The event happened around 6pm and was in direct view of the victim and his children.

The Harold Hill man began to shout at Railean to ‘put it away’, when Railean responded by laughing and leaning back with his full penis in view. To make matters worse, he then proceeded to walk away-turn around and fully expose himself and started to swing his penis around.

The victim called the police where Railean was arrested.

At Barkingside Magistrates Court yesterday, Railean was handed a nine month community order that includes a three month alcohol ban and a twenty day Rehabilitation Activity Requirement.

Railean had asked the Court to give him the benefit of the doubt as the children in the Harold Hill home were only present for the urination and not the swinging penis part of the act.

The Court was not convinced and gave him the bans instead.
