Keith Prince elected as Leader of the Conservative Group in Havering.
Squirrels Heath ward Councillor and GLA representative for Havering and Redbridge, Keith Prince has been elected as the new leader of the Conservative Group across Havering.
Councillor Prince is a much respected and hardworking Councillor who is frequently out on the streets talking to local residents about their concerns.
Councillor Prince told the Havering Daily: “I am delighted that I have been elected as Leader of the Conservative Group on Havering Council.
“I would like to thank Councillor Damian White for all his hard work and commitment to the role since 2018, during that time he led the Council through the Covid 19 pandemic and played a vital role in making sure that the Council was in the best position to tackle the pandemic and protect the people of Havering.”
Just last week Councillor Prince was out talking to residents near the Drill roundabout with fellow Squirrels Heath Councillors Christine Vickery and Michael White about ongoing issue with the dumping of rubbish on nearby streets.
Councillor Prince finished: “Being born and bred in Havering, it is a great honour and privilege to take up such an important role on the Council which enables me to serve the people of this great borough.”
