Romford Army Cadet Commander awarded most outstanding Commander of 2022.

Elm Park Councillor Barry Mugglestone- who is the Armed Forces Champion attended the Awards Ceremony for Reserve Forces and Cadets Association last week..  The awards were presented by Sir Kenneth Olisa The Lord Lieutenant.

Councillor Mugglestone is pictured below with SI Adam Thorne of the 45 Cadet Detachment ACF Romford.  His award was for being one of the most outstanding army cadet force detachment commanders in 2022

Councillor Mugglestone told the Havering Daily: “It was excellent to see so many dedicated volunteers being recognised for the inspiring work they do with the armed services youth organisations.  I was very proud to meet SI Adam Thorne from the London Borough of Havering.”
