Alexander Takes On Triathlon And Raises £1250 For Addup Charity.
Well done to ten year old Alexander who embarked in swimming, running and cycling to raise money for Havering charity Addup.
Alexander swam a quarter of mile, ran three miles and undertook a ten mile cycle ride with his family. His aim was to raise £250, however, he has so far raised an incredible £1250!
Addup is a small Charity in Havering that works with families living with attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and associated disorders. They provide activities for children and training for parents and children as well as schools and other professionals
Alexander who lives in Havering, is one of the members and attends the activities regularly and enjoys his time at Addup. Recently the charity promoted fundraising ideas amongst their members as it is a constant issue getting funds in to run their services. Alexander decided he wanted to do something to raise funds for the club he attends and decided to undertake in a triathlon.
This is a great achievement, Alexander’s fundraising page is still open if anyone would like to add to his total:
