A special bike ride will be held on Sunday 16 April at Hornchurch Country Park to raise money for Havering Mayor’s two charities PTSD 999 and the Mardyke Community Centre.

The Friends of Ingrebourne Valley and Hornchurch Country Park supported by Havering Cyclists have organised the 12 mile mostly off road sponsored and led bike ride commencing at 10.45am.

Havering Cyclists ride organiser Jeff Stafford told the Havering Daily:

“We are proud to support the Mayor’s chosen charities by organising this ride which we hope will raise cash for these two very worthwhile causes.

The ride is still open to new entrants and more details about the ride and the joining instructions can be found on our website.”
