Councillor Gillian Ford is Havering’s Deputy Leader of the Council. Councillor Ford has been in the political field for many years and is well known for her great community participation across the borough and for working with many residents not just in her Cranham ward but also across Havering.

In May last year, Councillor Ford was voted in as Havering’s Deputy Leader.

Today, for International Women’s Day, Councillor Ford shares with us her views on the day and women in politics.
