Celebrating International Women’s Day-Councillor Judith Holt one of the hardest working councillors in the area.

Former Conservative Chairman and St Albans Ward Councillor Judith Holt is one of the hardest working councillors in Havering. She is often found hosting surgeries for her residents or out and about on the Romford streets talking to her constituents.

Councillor Holt told the Havering Daily:

“I am proud that I have achieved all I have in my life on my own through my own hard work, like paying off my mortgage. As one of the hardest working Councillors in Romford, I make myself known and available in the community, trying to serve my residents the best I can. Sadly, my political views as a lady have not always been taken seriously and I feel I have had to work harder than others to reach where I have, which is a shame. I sometimes think it’s because they don’t like a lady being cleverer!”
