How will the ULEZ expansion impact you?

Following Friday’s announcement that the ultra low emission zone will be rolled out across all London boroughs, the Havering Daily has set up a form for residents to complete to share with us just how the expansion will impact you. We have read your many, many comments on how severely this will impact your life, from financial hardship, loss of job, unable to visit family and other life changing situations.

We are now asking you to please complete the form below, with your name, address if you wish, if not a postcode, and the impact it will have on your life. From there we can gather your information together and share it with those who can challenge this decision.

We are working with Keith Prince Havering and Redbridge GLA Member who has agreed to take this matter forward, Jon Cruddas MP for Dagenham and Rainham, Julia Lopez MP for Hornchurch and Upminster and Councillor Ray Morgon Leader of Havering Council.

We are aware that this expansion, during a cost of living crisis, will have huge repercussions for so many across London and that its roll out in less than a year’s time will force many businesses to close, businesses that provide a vital service for our community and for some even, the loss of their job and having to go back on Universal Credit.
