Staff from the Havering Daily and anti knife crime campaigner Farah London yesterday, Sunday 21 August laid flowers down in memory of 87 year old Thomas O’Halloran who was fatally stabbed last Tuesday 16 August in Greenford.

The pensioner was a much loved member of the local community who had spent the last few weeks busking to raise money for Ukrainian refugees.

His senseless murder as he rode his mobility scooter just after 4pm, has shocked the country. Flowers have been laid in many different parts across Greenford to remember Thomas and how loved he was by his community.

Yesterday, we joined Farah London in Greenford to pay our respects to Thomas. Farah is a well known anti knife crime campaigner across London and was there to represent many parents who have also lost their children to knife crime.
