Firefighters in Havering have paid their respects to all the victims of Grenfell by holding a 72 second silence in honour of the victims that died in the fire.

Today marks the fifth anniversary of the Grenfell tower fire and tributes have been paid by our firefighters across the borough.

At midday firefighters and Havering’s fire chief paraded outside of Hornchurch fire station and stood in silence for 72 seconds to remember the 72 victims who lost their life in the nightmare blaze.
