Rainham Day of Action provides great results.
Well done to Havering police for their joint day of action across Rainham on Wednesday 20 April. Local police officers joined forces with British Transport Police and Havering Council for a monthly day of action that targets key anti social behaviour hotspots across the borough.
Operation Yamhill this week targeted Rainham and Elm Park and saw officers on high visibility right across the key areas such as train stations.
The following results were achieved:
Two arrests for points and blades and drug driving.
Two arrests for Cannabis possession.
Five community resolutions.
60 stop and searches conducted.
100+ vehicles stopped across Ferry Lane and the A1306 New Road.
Twenty one offences reported.
Four weapon sweeps.
One missing person located.
