Four east London teenagers have been found guilty at the Old Bailey today of the murder of 16 year old Daniel Laskos.

Daniel died after being fatally stabbed in the neck after leaving a shop in Harold Wood last year.

Rakeem Green-Matthews, Callum Hands and Joshua Kerr, all aged 19, and a 16-year-old who cannot be named due to his age, were convicted today at the London court.

Jurors at the Old Bailey were shown the shocking CCTV footage of the moment Daniel was killed by the gang carrying knives.

Prosecutor William Emlyn Jones had told the court that the gang were ‘heavily armed and drew their weapons and ran at Daniel.’

Daniel who was with his friend at the time of the attack, also took out knives but the pair were ‘heavily outnumbered and ran away.’

Mr Emlyn Jones said: “They briefly stood their ground, but only briefly – they were heavily outnumbered. Instead they turned and ran away.”

The four will now be sentenced on April 7th.

Your all innocent! In a life of death situation, someone was going to loose their life. If the boy never brought it up on him self to threaten one of these boys nobody would be hurt! So much evidence that hasn’t been given 🙁 I hope you all get the appeal you deserve because this isn’t fair. This is self defence
