Celebrating International Women’s Day-Ripu Chhina the most generous lady in Havering.
Ripu and her husband Sunny are the owners of the Fat Pizza and known throughout Havering as the most generous couple you can find. Ripu is always feeding people and those in need, her door is always open to anyone who needs help and needs a free meal if they are struggling. She really is an incredible lady who is a big part of our community here in Havering. She works tirelessly and is totally dedicated to her family and community.
Ripu worked as National volunteer in India during her University days helping educate the less fortunate, helping the women in homes to make a living for themselves. She got married and set an example to be a full time carer to four old sick parents (in laws) in the house along with raising two kids and helping her husband build and grow a business of their dreams. She is a leader in every way but she leads by example and she leads by taking her team along with her. Her team loves her and its always fun in her stores along with work and discipline. She trains every single employee and franchisee herself to ensure the work standards and food standards are maintained at all times. She has been appreciated by many local people who come and say how encouraged they are by what she has been doing all these years and that too with a huge smile. Ripu doesn’t consider this work but going to the stores is like her break time where she can spread her knowledge and have fun at the same time.
She is an example of selfless dedicated wife, a mother, a daughter, daughter in law and a manager. She looks after all those around and gives her 100% at all times. She even looks after the families of her staff if they cant afford food etc at any time of the year.. so that no one goes hungry at any time. This is her Sikh religion that teaches to feed the community at all times if anyone cannot afford to feed themselves.
She aims to spread her love and humbleness around and grow as an individual and as a team in the coming years. She inspires all women around that doesn’t matter what background u come from.. if you have anything in mind you can make it happen and make it a success. Like its said ” They buried us in the ground… but they didn’t know we were seeds” Grow Grow Grow…
