Community champions Sue Ospreay and Jackie McArdle are always on the go! On Friday 16 of October the two ladies gathered members of Moore Kingston Smith accountants to help clear an over grown patch at Rainham allotments to make a special area for the local cancer charity MCA Trust and Roots For Life an autistic charity.

The accountants donned their gardening gloves and shovels and joined in the major clearing day to develop the area for charity.

A special garden will be made where children and adults can plant fruit and vegetables throughout the year.

Two benches were donated by Veolia who also attended and helped strim back the area and Sharp skips donated a free skip to help clear the area.

Well done to everyone involved, this is another great community project.
