Man violently attacks woman’s car with golf club.

Shocking video footage circulating online shows a man smashing a woman’s car with a golf club yesterday afternoon in south Hornchurch, whilst a child looks on in disbelief and clearly very scared.

The incident took place around 4 pm on Cherry Tree Lane in a car park. The woman attempts to leave the car park when the man armed with golf clubs, starts to hit her vehicle.

A Met police spokesperson told the Havering Daily:

“Police were called at around 1600hrs on Friday, 10 September, to a report of a disturbance and a woman being threatened in Cherry Tree Lane, Rainham.

“Officers have made contact with the woman who was uninjured.

“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances.”
