Pick A Street bank holiday Monday event.

Despite the cold and windy conditions many of you amazing residents came out to support the Havering Daily #PickAStreet event on Monday.

A huge thank you to everyone who took part and helped make our litter picking campaign such an incredible success. Keeping our streets clean and tidy is something very important to all of us and this campaign has highlighted just how much we want to see our streets litter-free.

Residents were asked to litter pick a street or green area within the borough and upload it to social media using the hashtag #PickAStreet.

Our next litter picking event will be aligned with the Great British Spring Clean (Official Dates 28 May to 13 June). More details to follow soon.
