Two males arrested in Upminster for going equipped and possession of an offensive weapon.

Well done to Havering police who arrested two males this morning for possession of offensive weapons. A member of the public called to report two suspicious males in Upminster first thing this morning. Both were stopped and searched and consequently arrested for going equipped to steal and possession of an offensive weapon.
