Man in his 50’s arrested for engaging in sexual communications with a child.

Broken Dreams the paedophile hunting team were involved in the arrest of a man in his 50’s on suspicion of child exploitation offences.

The team were in the Dagenham area last night just after 8pm.

A Met police spokesperson told the Havering Daily: “Police were called at approximately 20:15hrs on Wednesday, 5 August to reports of a large group of people who had detained a man at Terling Road, Dagenham.

“Officers attended.

“A man in his 50’s was arrested on suspicion of engaging in sexual communications with a child.

“He was taken to custody where he remains.”

Investigations continue.
