Gerpins tip re-opens with long queues.

The tip along Gerpins Lane has re-opened today with long queues already.

Havering Council are asking people to only use the tip if absolutely essential.

The Gerpins Lane Reuse and Recycling Centre opened it doors this morning after being closed during the lockdown period.

Gerpins Lane has become a one-way road and you can only access the tip from the Wawrick Lane end and then exit along Aveley Road. The normal traffic flow has been reversed so that vehicles are now entering from the exit and exiting from the entrance.
