Youths smoking drugs in the Manor dispersed by police.

A group of between 20-30 drunken people were dispersed Friday night by police fron Gooshays, Heaton, Harold Wood and Havering’s Wildlife Officer PC Anthony Kiddle.

The group of hostile people were gathered illegally at the Manor in Harold Hill where they were smoking drugs and riding motorcross bikes in the park.

Officers also found a catapult and a small lock knife. It is believed the youths were partying and despite the police being outnumbered, they were dispersed.
