Man stabbed in Romford.

A man was stabbed in Romford yesterday following a street fight.

A police spokesperson told the Havering Daily: “Police were called at 14:21hrs on Thursday, 27 February to reports of a fight in the street at Rochford Avenue, Romford.

“Officers and London Ambulance Service [LAS] attended. At the scene, a 27-year-old man was found suffering from stab wounds.

“The injured male was taken by LAS to an east London hospital – his condition is not life-threatening.”

At this early stage there have been no arrests.
