Man wanted by Havering police.

Police in Havering are currently looking for Gary David Tachell, born 9th of July 1967.

He is wanted by police for fraud and threatening behaviour. He is known to attempt to engage with Havering and Essex residents in order to secure work which is paid for up front but is then never completed.
