BREAKING: Man from Romford arrested for two counts of racially aggravated harassment and assault of an emergency worker.
The first incident saw the man hurl food in the face of a person, the second incident he seriously assaulted a member of the public who has been left with serious injuries and the third incident, he assaulted an officer in the custody office.
