The Member of Parliament for Dagenham and Rainham Margaret Mullane has been contacted by Transport for London with information on the application process for Oyster photocards for the range of age groups. The Oyster photocard concession website has reopened for 18+ Oyster photocards, 18-25 Care Leaver Oyster photocards and Apprentice Oyster photocard applications.
