Long before the shutters rise, the ovens are already blazing, fresh coffee beans hit the grinder, and that unmistakable wave of warm, sweet bakery aroma rolls through the air. Since 1981, this has been their ritual — fire up the oven, bake the first batch of muffins and pastries, and get ready to greet Romford with the smell of freshly ground coffee and just-baked goodness.
