Police Clear Hold Build Success Continues Across Harold Hill As Anti Social Behaviour drops By Half And Shoplifting Reduced By 35%.
The police initiative Clear, Hold, Build, was launched last December and has continued its success. The scheme has been implemented through the hard work of local Harold Hill officers led by Chief Inspector Charlie Routley who has worked tirelessly with his officers, the local community, and other partners such as Havering council to tackle anti social behaviour in the area and the ongoing issues of shoplifting that blighted the Farnham Road shops.
