A vehicle and foot pursuit by officers from the East Area Proactive Team resulted in the removal of Class A,B and C drugs, a large quantity of cash, lock knives and a taser from a vehicle.

In the early hours of this morning, East Area Proactive Team were on duty across Romford when they sighted a suspicious vehicle in the area. The three occupants in the vehicle decamped after seeing the police, making off on foot.
