BREAKING: Man charged with rape and non fatal strangulation following Romford park attack.
Romario Banya, 21, of no fixed address was charged with rape, assault causing actual bodily harm and non-fatal strangulation. He will appear in custody at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court on Monday, 15 July.
