Havering Council debate over cuts to school transport for SEND children branded ‘ridiculous’ by councillor.
At a debate on Wednesday (18 January) night during a full council meeting, the Conservative group proposed a motion calling on Havering’s cabinet “not to proceed” with the cuts due to the “stress and anxiety” caused to parents.
