13 Year Old Boy Threatened With Knife And Robbed Of Phone and Bag In Shocking Romford Incident.
Police are investigating after a 13-year-old boy was allegedly robbed at knifepoint in a shocking daytime incident in Union Road, Romford.
Officers were called at 2.35pm on 20 February following reports of a robbery. The incident is believed to have taken place earlier, at around 1.50pm, when the teenager was approached and allegedly threatened with a knife before his mobile phone and bag were taken.
The boy was not physically injured during the incident.
The suspect is described as a black man aged around 18 years old wearing a balaclava, black coat and black and grey tracksuit. A second man was also seen driving a white coloured car.
Local officers are continuing their investigation and no arrests have been made at this stage.
