New 90-Day Planning Workshop Aims to Empower Local SMEs for Success in 2026

A brand-new business development workshop is coming to Brentwood this December as local Business Opportunity Developer Simon Lewin launches his “From Vision to Action: Your 90-Day Planning Workshop for 2026.

The half-day in-person session, held at the Brentwood Holiday Inn on the 8th December 2025, is designed specifically for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) who want to start 2026 with clarity, structure, and a roadmap they can confidently execute.

Running from 9am to 1pm — including networking from 9am to 9.30am — the workshop offers refreshments, lunch, and the chance for business owners to connect with like-minded entrepreneurs.

Simon, founder of Inspirational Training Solutions, has over a decade of experience helping SMEs develop strategies, sharpen their goals, and boost financial performance.
