‘There is no greater signal of national decline, than when our own nation’s flag and proud British identity is admonished and branded as inappropriate or culturally insensitive’-Andrew Rosindell MP.
This anti-British woke madness must now be exposed and eliminated completely from our classrooms.
The Member of Parliament for Romford-Andrew Rosindell MP has hit out at all those who believe flying the British flag is inappropriate. Mr Rosindell, is a well known patriot who always proudly flies the Union Jack or St George’s flag outside Romford Headquarters-Margaret Thatcher House.
Having read reports of a child being band from waving a St George’s flag bought in to school to support the country’s football team, and another from going to school wearing red and white with the St George’s flag on her t-shirt being deemed ‘inappropriate’, Mr Rosindell told the Havering Daily:
“There is no greater signal of national decline, than when our own nation’s flag and proud British identity is admonished and branded as inappropriate or culturally insensitive.
No child in any British school should ever face reprimand for showing pride in their country. Wearing the flag of our United Kingdom, a flag which represents the unity of our people and nation, should be celebrated, not condemned.”
The Romford MP is also annoyed over how schools seem to lack the ‘spirit of unity and patriotism’, including the flying of the country’s flag in every classroom.
Mr Rosindell continued: “We must foster a spirit of unity and patriotism in our schools, where young people should feel encouraged to embrace the symbols that bind us together.
The Union Jack should be flown from outside all schools and displayed in every school assembly hall.
Too often children are being taught to hate their own country and this anti-British woke madness must now be exposed and eliminated completely from our classrooms.”
Mr Rosindell will be visiting all schools in his constituency who fly the country’s flag and presenting them with a special portrait.
“I salute schools in Romford who fly the flag and teach true British values. I am visiting all schools in my constituency to present a portrait of His Majesty The King inscribed to each school. It is vital that our young people learn to love their country and become proud inheritors of the great British nation that our forebears have handed to us.”.
