Proactive Work By Police Sees Man With CBO Banning Him From Entering Parts Of Romford Given 12 Week Custodial Sentence.
On Thursday, 26 June, Ross Clark, 27 of Abbeyfield Road, Southwark appeared at Barkingside Magistrates’ Court where he was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment for breaching a Criminal Behaviour Order (CBO).
The previous day, Clark had been spotted by local officers in Exchange Street, Romford. Conditions set on Clark’s CBO prohibited him from being in specific areas and, on this occasion, he was in breach of the condition.
Clark pleaded guilty and was sentenced to 12 weeks imprisonment.
