Two Prolific Shoplifters Charged In Upminster.

Officers have arrested and charged two prolific shoplifters in Upminster over the weekend.

On Saturday, 10 May at around 13:30 officers on mobile patrols had cause to stop two men heading towards Upminster Bridge Station.

The two men were searched and arrested on suspicion of handling stolen goods and conveyed to a police custody.

One man was charged with theft and another man was charged with handling stolen goods, both men were remanded in custody and appeared at North East Magistrates’ Court yesterday, Monday 12 May.
