Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch invites Havering audiences to a riotous night out as Michael Frayn’s comedy classic Noises Off takes the stage.

Following a triumphant opening at Ipswich’s New Wolsey Theatre – the international co‑production of Noises Off transfers to Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch for its only Greater‑London dates from Wed 28 May to Sat 7 June.

Audiences are invited to experience Michael Frayn’s award‑winning backstage farce, in which a touring company battles collapsing sets, missed cues and romantic intrigue both on and off‑stage. Expect door‑slamming, sardine‑flinging chaos and precision comic timing.

Douglas Rintoul, Director of Noises Off and Chief Executive/Artistic Director of the New Wolsey Theatre, said:

Creatives – Directed by Douglas Rintoul, the production’s creative team features sound design by Helen Atkinson, assistant direction by Charlie Flynn, lighting design by KJ, fight, movement and intimacy direction by Haruka Kuroda,set and costume design by Clio Van Aerde and wardrobe supervision by Rebecca Rawlinson-Allen.

After Queen’s Theatre Hornchurch from Wednesday 28 May – Saturday 7 June the production tours to Les Théâtres de la Ville de Luxembourg from Friday 13 – Sunday 15 June, before finishing at Theatre by the Lake from Wednesday 25 June – Saturday 26 July.
