Officers Charge Man Following Two Thefts At Romford Store.

Officers investigating two thefts at a store in Romford have charged a man.

 Abdul Saboor, 29, of London Road, Romford, was charged on 28 April with two counts of theft. He was bailed to next appear at Barkingside Magistrates Court on 16 May.

 On Monday, 28 April, officers from the Romford Town Centre Team were called to a local retail store in The Liberty, to reports of a man who had entered the store and stolen jewellery.

 Officers attended and detained and arrested a 29-year-old man.

Following enquiries, he was further arrested in connection with a theft at the same store on Monday, 7 April.

 He was charged as above.
