April sees the return of the police initiative ‘United In Football And Basketball’ that has been running for several years and uses sport to engage children and divert them from crime and anti social behaviour.

This fantastic initiative was launched by Chief Inspector Routley and his team, and is part of the Clear Hold Build project that has reduced crime and anti social behaviour by half across Harold Hill.

Throughout the school holidays, numerous of these events are run across Harold Hill, Harold Wood, Hornchurch, and Collier Row and see nearly a hundred children turn up to play sport for the day.

The events are all free and you do not have to book in advance!

This is an amazing initiative that gives all children the opportunity to play sport during their school holidays.

Please see the flyer below for a list of places and days when the events are taking place.
