Havering Bereaved Mothers To Hold Discussion Evening To Help Local Community Against The Scourge Of Knife Crime.
Are you worried about knife crime? Do you fear for your children when they go out?
Two Havering mothers who lost their sons to knife crime are hosting a special community discussion evening at the Mardyke Community Centre in Rainham, to help support families against knife crime.
Sue Hedges from the Ricky Hayden Memorial and Peguy Kato from All Champion’s Charity will be talking to the local community about any concerns or fears they may have on knife crime on 14 March, between 6-8pm at a free discussion group for all to attend.
The two mothers are hoping that by working together as a community, more youngsters can be supported against knife crime. They will be there giving advice and support to families on how they can avoid their child being a victim on knife crime.
Also present will be Scott From JFF Security and Pete from EMS Response who will be providing vital life saving first aid tips and two officers from Havering Joint Task Force who will share their experiences on knife crime.
This event is open to all and is free of charge.
