Get Down On It! Record For The Largest Chair Based Exercise Class!

A special event is taking place in Redbridge in two weeks time!

Get Down On It! Is being hosted by the incredible Cool Rowings team that are based in Romford and the aim of achieving the record attempt for the largest chair based exercise class (+more) in Redbridge.

The team are providing an amazing opportunity for Londoners to not only sample some of the amazing classes hosted by Weininger Irwin, but also a chance to support a Red Nose Comic Relief GO BIG! 2025  & target ‘Youth Violence Prevention & Prostate Cancer Awareness ’. 

Weininger’s ethos is to ‘Change the Narrative’ & bring exercise and well-being to the masses! 

The aim is to have FUN and join in the Community Spirit. Everything that’s good for your physical and mental health and wellbeing.

£5 per person – payable in advance, (via the booking link below) which will go to the Comic Relief Charity.

Additional donations are also welcomed on entrance or via QR Code below

Refreshments: Teas, Coffees & bottled water will be available to purchase
